Amazing location, easy 5 min walk to the old town with great view of the castle but not in the noisy busy part of the street. Amazing friendly staff (front office and restaurant/breakfast) - friendly, great with communication, very attentive and never has anything that’s difficult for them. Amazing breakfast with great view on the top floor, we didn’t have dinner at restaurant but had the tiramisu in the restaurant after dinner in the old town which is to die for. Amazing facilities - great private parking which is rare to come by in Gallipoli, didn’t get to use the pool but looks great, gym has got all the stuff we needed for a good workout in. Amazing spacious comfortable room with comfortable king sized bed with nice balcony for an aperitivo, soundproof room. The only regret we have is us not going for the massage to complete our stay.

The exceptional, friendly and outstanding service from everybody at the hotel. The big room full of vintage objects, the excellent food at both the restaurant and the pizza place. The nearby free parking. My wife loved her hair styling. The weird small festival with the marching band that happens to occur during our stay.

Everything was perfect and practically brand new. Our host, Serena, was the kindest, warmest, and most welcoming host we've ever encountered. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and there's an ample supply of pillows, blankets, and towels. The rooms are accurately depicted in the photos. Breakfast was delicious, featuring local sweet specialties, freshly squeezed juice, fruit, cereals, yogurt, excellent coffee, and a variety of jams, Nutella, etc. Guests also have access to a shared kitchen for preparing other meals. We wish we could have stayed longer than just two days. Dear Serena, thank you again for everything!
