Staff couldn’t do enough for us - every single one was so pleasant, polite and helpful! The room was lovely and the pool and spa were very relaxing and well maintained. The private transport and pickup from Lazise was an added bonus. Manager even checked in at dinner to make sure everything was ok.

Amazing location in the middle of vineyards which we borrowed the bikes to cycle round. Very beautiful building. Very near - 10 min drive - to lake Garda. Brilliant room - spacious and comfortable. The staff were always very friendly, funny and helpful. The wine was amazing and the breakfast was brilliant - we particularly enjoyed the fresh pear juice.

First of all the hotel is splendid. The staff was extremely welcoming and paid a lot of attention to our specific needs. The bedroom is stunning and we liked a lot that they don't have standard hotel white bedsheets but beautiful cosy light colored ones, like at home. The hotel is very nicely designed and ultra modern. The bathroom had shower and bathtub. The breakfast was fresh and very diverse, they had fresh fruits and a variety of veggies, meat and cheeses. The coffee is as usual exceptional. They have the full service of a 5 stars hotel, including a welcoming drink and a rose for ladies.

The hotel was fantastic! Our room (115) had an amazing view of the lake. It was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and great room service. All meals in the hotel were delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were exceptional!
