Albano ritz is exceptional in comfort and service. The staff were approachable and spoke many languages, which was great since I had limited Italian. Even when dealing with staff that didn't have any shared language with 6 would do their utmost to help or always had a colleague near who was able to communicate. All of the staff are wonderful people who are willing to go the extra mile. The spa treatments are well priced and well worth it. The majority of the hotel decor is of a classic look but is extremely well maintained and kept. This is successful in creating an atmosphere of a traditional high-end establishment. The exception to the classic style seems to be the creative rooms that are spacious and truly unique, each having its own style, often interesting and more modern.

Travelling with a baby is not easy but they made it extra easy for us! Crib was immaculate and new, restaurant understood why we kept on running in and out, and the high chair was also good quality. Aside from that the room was of great size, food is great and replenishing. Came here 20+ yrs ago when I was young, love the renovation and yet the same home vibe.

I had wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel and so relaxed and quite, Food was great with lots of choices, beautiful swimming pool and SPA massage , the most stunning is their service TOP, everyone are so helpful and nice and even follow up tightly about you left them task.
