The place is remarkable. The views are incredible. The room is simply beautiful . The food in the restaurant is superb, and the staff are so nice that there are not enough words to describe them. We must recommend Prakash from the reception and Ram, one of the best Sheff in the world that was doing everything he could to cook for us amazing food and not spicy. If we come again to amazing cerala we'll definitely come again to this hotel. Thanks a lot for a wonderful time. Most recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Spice Village CGH resort at Thekkady. The resort was conviniently located next to the Periyar Tiger reserve. We loved the spacious and eco friendly cottages, great breakfast, kerala style evening tea/snacks with free yoga class, used the ayurveda center and also did their jeep tours. Very friendly staff. Overall an exceptional experience. We would love to return to this spot.

Everything. The hotel is in the middle of nature with breathtaking views from the room and from the gardens. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The staff is dedicated to making sure you have a perfect stay. The food is also incredible while still very affordable. Wandering in the gardens or swimming at the pool is very relaxing. And last but not least, we have tested almost all activities provided by the hotel (morning yoga, cooking demonstrations…) including the zip line, and we recommend everyone to do the same. It was a lot of fun and great cultural experiences.
