The room was immaculate, and every detail was taken care of with the utmost precision. The attention to cleanliness made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The room service was not only prompt but also exceptionally helpful. Whether it was an extra bottle of water or a drying rack, they were always at my beck and call, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. One of the standout features of this hotel was the gym and fitness facilities. The gym trainer on staff Prem was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating. Superb hotel. We stayed in this hotel for the second time. Big spacious rooms, several restaraunts with tasty food, swimming pool and gym. There was a nice live music at the roof restaraunt. In rooms you have everything what's needed for comfortable stay and rest. In one word, highly recommended.

Warmly greeted by Shreya at the front desk who took us up to our room. Amazing breakfast spread - wide variety of choices. Chef Darwan was very hospitable and his Asian food was very good. The waiters were kind and accommodating to my elderly mum. Comfortable room and bathroom size.

Novotel Chennai is the must-stay hotel in Chennai. The location is ideal for visiting the Mahabalipuram temples in the South as well as the city, whilst being slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The facilities are exquisite - we stayed in a base room as well as a suite and both were clean and quiet with comfortable as well as functional layouts. The breakfast has a wide variety of choice and all the food was of high quality. The only small comment I would give here is that the cleaning and re-setting of tables after people leave should be more thorough. The thing that makes this place 5 star plus is the staff who are all extremely nice people, friendly and who (successfully) went above and beyond to make our stay 5-star. A special thanks to Vishal and Sai Nikhil who took wonderful care of us and made sure we started and ended every day with a smile!

The staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Especially housekeeping Lavanya and Sentil Kumar and Priya from the front desk. I was even surprised at the airport when I was meet by a gentleman which was arranged by the hotel to assist us because we had alot of luggage. Expectional service.
