Everything about this hotel was exceptional, the location and access to a pristine beach in addition to the proximity to restaurants and shops was perfect for a family traveling with children. The staff are extremely attentive without being overbearing and nothing is too much trouble. Special mention for Vevesh from housekeeping for his can do attitude, professionalism and amazing daily towel art, he’s an asset to the hotel!!

I was so impressed with service in St.Regis Goa, all workers were super kind,helpful and like a family to me. I could receive a help any time I asked. The cleaning service was provided two times per day, the property was super clean. The hotel and the place it’s huge itself. We actually don’t need to go out because we will not stay bored at the hotel. There are 3 restaurants, the food is high quality, specially I loved breakfast and their bakery. Swimming pool is big and clean, there are always workers around that provide you fresh drinks, towels or even spf creams. Amazing, I can’t describe my happiness. I just know that I will come back and stay more and more times with St.Regis. Thank you for all your hospitality I am so happy with my stay. Whilst the Lalit might have started to show its age here and there, it has a distinctive character to it that sets it apart from other five-star resorts of more recent construction. Its architecture, gardens, location and sports facilities are of a very high standard indeed. Best of all, here you really feel that you are in India (in an entirely positive sense). Staff members are welcoming and helpful and some, like Ajit from the restaurant and Abishek from the bar, really went the extra mile to make our time here as pleasant as possible.
