Beautiful architecture, transiting the city of Gurgaon ( more like a financial district/ Tech Hub Area) close to the cultural heritage New Delhi, very convenient located just 30 minutes from International Airport, perfectly for leisure. Best to book on arrival or departure, would save you time considering the traffic jam in India. The hotel belongs to Oberoi Group, the level of hospitality this group has its incomparable, the authentic culture mixed with modern makes everything luxuriate. Great staff , friendly, attentive, from reception staff Gujeeret ( not sure if I’m writing her name correctly) , we received the most beautiful room and the great welcoming in the hotel. Nitant, a lovely presence at the Lobby Bar , very friendly and helpful. Akash, Anshul, Prakash and so many others from the staff , even though I didn’t get their names, was offering the best service , very attentive and accommodating with our needs. Very stylish, chic, charming hotel and very clean, cleaning service from room was impeccable. Good choice for breakfast, very delicious and plenty of options, variety for lunch and dinner complimented with Indian, Mediterranean and Asian Fusion cuisine.

Without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I came for work for two weeks, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at home than here. From the spotless rooms to the rich and indulgent dining hall, and the service – wow! The staff is exceptionally professional, always smiling and ready to help with anything, putting the guest first at all times. Every little issue I had was resolved instantly. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but I’ve never experienced such outstanding hospitality. On my last day, the entire staff even surprised me with a personalized cake – just for me. As long as I come to Delhi (no matter where in Delhi), I will stay only at this hotel. A truly unforgettable experience. No need to think twice – this is the number one hotel in all of India!

I have stayed at many hotels around the world, including those rated 5 stars. This hotel would rate as one of the “very best” I’ve stayed at. It’s not overly luxurious but very well appointed. The Crowne Plaza Gurugram exudes a wonderful ambiance coupled with incredible service. Moreover, breakfast and dinner options and food quality is amazing. If you are travelling to Gurugram for business -stay here! You won’t be disappointed. I congratulate the hotel’s management for offering a truly special hotel experience.

I would give this hotel more than 5 stars for the service if I could :). Exceptional service with outstanding hotel staff. Every single employee was extremely professional and friendly. The response time to every request was unbelievably fast. It was probably the best service I’ve ever received in a hotel. The spa treatment was very relaxing and the food was amazing. The room was very big, clean and nicely furnished. Everything was just flawless. The value for money was also great! I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are wonderful in this hotel, from the doormen to reception staff, in the club lounge and at breakfast. Cosy, modern, very clean and well maintained rooms. Sufficient water in the room every day, as well as free tea/coffee. The laundry service is very good! The fitness room is very well equipped and the breakfast is superb in every aspect : variation, chefs preparing local dishes such as dosa, ... Five star club lounge with good wine & tapas, warmly recommended.

The stay was amazing. Bathroom was amazing, luxury bath amenities were there. Although, there were a few areas of improvement. Restaurant staff can be a bit more proactive. The breakfast spread was also a little small when compared to other 5 stars.
