The hotel had opened on the day i stayed! The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Staying in a brand new room felt fun and if there were any issues (just due to it being just opened), the staff were sure to sort them out immediately! I felt like the most special guest in the hotel and this was appreciated.

Room was very clean and comfortable, service from all staff was excellent and this made our stay really memorable. The additional amenities like the afternoon tea and guided history tour added that little extra to our experience. Location also great for ferries, shops and restaurants.
