Absolutely amazing venue and team. Exceptional food, service and friendliness. A true 5-star experience from arrival through checkout. I have food allergies and the chef Raja personally walked me through the buffet to show me which dishes I could safely eat. This was a big effort as there were at least 50+ dishes on offer. The room was immaculate, and every detail was taken care of with the utmost precision. The attention to cleanliness made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The room service was not only prompt but also exceptionally helpful. Whether it was an extra bottle of water or a drying rack, they were always at my beck and call, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. One of the standout features of this hotel was the gym and fitness facilities. The gym trainer on staff Prem was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating. He tailored a workout plan to suit my needs, and his guidance helped me maintain my fitness routine during my stay. It's rare to find such a dedicated fitness professional at a hotel, and it greatly enhanced my experience. But what truly set the Taj Wellington Mews apart was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. One particular staff member Abin, went above and beyond to prepare a comprehensive list of attraction sights in Mahabalipuram. His knowledge and enthusiasm made exploring the city a breeze, and I discovered hidden gems I would have otherwise missed.

Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The staff is really nice, polite and helpful. We are very grateful that they let us checked in early. When we requested something they arranged it immediately. Breakfast was delicious, there is a lot of variety of food to choose from. This stay was just what we needed after long travel across India. Excellent location - just few steps off the marina beach. The room was very clean and well designed. The kids enjoyed their evening in the pool. The host was very accommodating and their hospitality was much appreciated. The terrace was creatively designed fill with greeneries and it was very helpful in throwing a surprise party for my sister. The room has excellent view and witnessing the sunrise was pure bliss. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and we are looking forward to stay again.
