The hotel was fabulous! The two rooms I stayed in were beautifully appointed and designed. Bathrooms were well styled also. The pool area was not huge but nicely set out. The gym, although small, was fitted out with enough equipment for a simple and effective workout. The restaurant and bar area was nice - the food was excellent. The highlight really was the quality and friendliness of the staff - they were wonderful and made my stay so, so comfortable. The complimentary car service to the beach and restaurants in town was super helpful!

Loved it! So impressed. We were part of a large wedding booking and the team absolutely delivered! A most magical wedding, all helped by the outstanding JW team Shout-out Rahul Das from In-room Dining! Some delicious bits on that menu and friendly service. Rohit from the gym is outstanding! Felt like having a personal trainer at times! Much appreciated The entire Games Room team helped us get served and have great time while bowling. Thank you for the 2000rupee giftcard! This was a truly special and memorable stay. Would absolutely love to stay there again! Shikha was all over the messages to us pre-arrival to make sure this ran smooth. I loved it because their relaxed attitude to check in and check out times instantly makes you feel much better about the more annoying adminy parts of a holiday. We left just in time for our train to Mumbai late afternoon and it's rare you can use your room up until that time but perfect. The food and drinks were ace, the building was unbelievably gorgeous and historic but our favourite two things overall were the attention to detail everywhere and the staff/hospitality. We've never experienced anything like it. We felt so special, we were waited on pretty much 24/7. I can't name just one staff member because all were so professional, helpful and friendly. We would love to visit this postcard hotel again but also already have our eyes on trying the others. One of the most relaxing stays we've ever had. Whilst there, definitely eat at Gunpowder and visit Arpora night market if there on a Saturday (only open this day)

What a surprise to find this stunningly beautiful hotel on our travels in India. I honestly could not understand how anyone could give it less than 10 out of 10. We were treated so well by all the kind staff, from our wonderful housekeeper to the security guards outside. Also every single staff member in the breakfast restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Breakfast has literally everything you could think of, it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve seen in a very, very long time. The pool is beautiful and the gym is excellent. Our room was so nice, plenty of space, a bath and a nice balcony. Well done to the team for making our stay so memorable. Wish we could have stayed longer!
