The pool was great after a day if sightseeing, really great for family. The staff are 100% professional and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with them and they were so helpful in helping to plan our sightseeing.

We booked a king room with club lounge access, and this was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip as the staff ( Mel, Calvin, Lovas, and Jove ) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. As I'm a vegetarian, I was concerned about the evening cocktail options. I need not have worried as they came up with specialised snacks for me every evening, all delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We found the hotel's staff at breakfast to be considerate and friendly every morning, and there was a whole lot of vegetarian options each morning. The breakfast is amazing overall, and the setting,especially outdoors, is truly enjoyable. The property itself is worth exploring, beautifully designed with expansive gardens and traditional details. The gym is small but equipped with everything you need and everyone seemed to enjoy the swimming pools.

The whole place is beautiful, from rooms to the outdoors, and we really felt away from the city. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of Indonesian food choices.

the property is gorgeous. The food was the best we had the entire time we were in Indonesia. Peewee is such an incredible chef! It was like a home cooked Indonesian meal from your mama every night. Meggie was so so so welcoming. The laundry was a lovely bonus. The pool was the perfect way to recover from jet lag. Rusdi was such a fun driver. We loved everything.
