AustraliaThe property is clean and it has variety of activities. Spa, swimming pool is huge and amazing. It also has a kids club. The 3 properties Banyan Tree, Angsana and Cassia are interconnected so we can choose from an array of restaurants. The people working provided exceptional hospitality. Specially Tata who served us at reception. And at the Lotus cafe the lady was so lovely to provide us with egg free pastries on request. Vegetarian options are basic but its all good quality of food. The hotel rooms had exceptional view. All in all we wished we stayed anothet night.

The location is very quiet and very near to the ferry terminal. They allowed us to check in early and check out late according to our ferry schedule. Five star service. The staff are very polite and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.

Everything was great! Staff were friendly. Love the spacious and clean room. Wide varieties of breakfast choices. Dinner was not as good as what we expected in this 4-5 star resort. Hotel provide shuttle pick up and drop off. Buggy on call.

beautiful property, well laid out, clean, comfortable and attentive, friendly services all the way. free shutter to and from ferry terminal just 5mins only. quick access to free buggy around property. 5-star camping with hotel services! English speaker staff all round.
