The staff was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, making my stay truly memorable.
The room? An absolute gem—spacious and beautifully decorated! Plus, breakfast offered a fantastic variety that catered to all tastes. I even transformed the massive 65-inch TV into a laptop monitor, allowing me to work remotely from the comfort of my bed—it was such a fun experience!
If you’re in Malang to explore Bromo, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. You won’t find a better blend of quality and value anywhere else!

Al Dhani (on the front desk) even helped us book onward transport - which was not straightforward - at 2am! The food, ambience, decor and the whole team should be congratulated. I will share with my friends back in England and encourage others to come and visit. Top, top, top place! I will definitely return. ✨

I arrived with my family and got a very good and comfortable room and service. like coming home to a luxurious but very warm atmosphere. Thank you for all the best service that I will never forget, especially to Ms Nadila who gave me a surprise on my birthday. I will definitely come back.

I booked the room as a present for my parents birthday. They had a great time at the hotel. They got a cute little bday cake as a compliment. The service was outstanding. The food were amazing. Thank you!
