The hotel itself was extraordinary. Everything in the hotel was completely new. The room was beyond clean, with a very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. We loved the spa and wellness area, with a beautiful, clean, pool of adequate size. The saunas were amazing, and the lady who works there cleans the entire area almost all the time, so the standard of cleanliness was impressive. The next best thing is the service provided by the staff. The staff is so polite, especially in the OXBO restaurant area for breakfast and then for lunch and dinner, as well. Also, the guys working at the bar were perfectly polite and attentive. Everything was so perfect, we didn't have a single remark.

Great location really close to city centre. Easy to find, easy to park. The hotel was nice, clean, personnel was willing to help with anything. We had only breakfast and it was really exceptional.
