Our stay at Apartments 5 Stars Lux XYZ in Rogoznica was absolutely perfect – a 10/10 experience. The apartment was brand new, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The interior was modern and thoughtfully designed, with attention to every detail. The host was very nice and helpful, checking that we had everything we needed. But what truly made it unforgettable was the breathtaking view – waking up and enjoying coffee with that view was a highlight of every day. The apartment complex also features a beautiful pool, perfect for cooling off or for the kids to play in. The sea is located a short walk away from the apartment. The location was peaceful yet close enough to enjoy everything Rogoznica has to offer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top comfort and stunning surroundings. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay! The hosts were really helpful and gave us lots of useful tips — like where to buy fresh fish, what to see nearby, and how to enjoy the area to the fullest. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It felt like home. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to relax.

The villa was exceptional in every way and was exactly as described. Everything needed was provided. We are a family of ten ranging from age 12 to 72 and each and everyone of us had a fantastic stay. Tina was a brilliant hostess and messaged every morning to ask if we had any problems or if she could help with shopping etc. Her father, the owner of the villa was also a lovely man who brought us small presents which was very nice. The villa was in a brilliant location and the beach and local shops and restaurants were in walking distance. I would most definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a wonderful, comfortable memorable holiday

The penthouse is luxurious and spacious. The quality is second to none, the hosts are super professional and very fast and easy to deal with. The terrace overlooking the bay has a view that is just breathtaking. I can not recomend this place ennough. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, but still be close enough to shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches - then this is the place!

The villa was absolutely amazing, we had a fabulous, relaxing stay! The villa is very clean, modern and well equipped with everything you could possibly need from extra towels to pool toys! Ante was very helpful throughout our stay, although he was away during our stay we were warmly welcomed and shown around by his mother when we arrived and Ante made sure we knew we could contact him at anytime of our stay if we had any issues and was quick to respond. We even were given fresh fruit, treats and wine when we arrived and had fresh eggs delivered from the family mid-way through which was a lovely touch. This villa is ever better in person than photos show- it truly is a beautiful, peaceful place. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
