The location was excellent. The hotel had a very good manager - Maria - who assisted on ALL matters. The breakfast was not very inclusive but very fulfilling. The sharing pool was quite nice with a superb view.

The stuff was very helpful, the room was very clean and sanitized. We met with the manger and the owner who was so friendly and advised us with places and activities which turned out to be amazing and made our stay in santorini delightful and enjoyable. We are leaving after 6 days at the Majestic Hotel. I must tell you about the excellent treatment we received at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with chilled cherry juice, the hotel manager Elleny came to introduce herself. The charming Anastasios accompanied us until we settled into the rooms for the weeks we wanted. Spacious and comfortable rooms were arranged for us since there were very elderly and disabled people with us. The treatment was excellent, and always with a smile and willingness to help as best they could. We received everything we asked for, even if it was late. The breakfast is great, there is everything you need and more. The waiters Doretta and Shamir always ask and are interested in whether you need anything else. I have been to many hotels in the world and have never experienced such personal and good treatment. If you can give a score higher than 10, then they definitely deserve it. The lifeguard at the pool, Nikos, is very kind and always asks and is interested in the guests. The girls at the reception Mariam&Sindi are so cheerful and help as best they can. The pool area is very nice as well.

The view was so amazing. Absolutely loved having breakfast brought to us every morning and the flexibility to have it changed daily. I especially loved the fruits. The pool was always warm and the view there was spectacular. Staff were always friendly and helpful even with recommendations on where to visit.
