Couldn’t fault the hotel at all, everything is perfect. Staff are so friendly and helpful, location couldn’t be better, everything is clean and modern, breakfast is great and rooftop pool has an incredible view of the old town and beach. If you’re staying in Rhodes you must stay at Cooks Club City Beach.

The location is perfect—tucked away just enough to offer a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything Rhodes has to offer. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that showed the staff truly cares about their guests. + we had a very fun night at the casino. The breakfast was a highlight of our mornings, with fresh, local ingredients and a variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless, always available with helpful tips and recommendations to make our trip even more memorable. What really stood out was the genuine warmth and attention to detail throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place that combines such charm, comfort, and exceptional service, but Albergo delle Rose does it effortlessly. What isn't to like about mitsis selection Alila, as you enter you are greeted with smiles and passion this hotel far exceeded our expectations, after spending 2.5 weeks in Italy and dealing with below average service the team at mitsis showcased just what 5 star accommodation and service looks like. When we read all inclusive it is normal to question its validity, however all inclusive really means all inclusive everything from drinking to eating our family are leaving 5kg heavier but definitely happier. I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. This is not an easy task Mitsis Alila do this without fault. Thank you to all we will see you again soon.

Beautiful grounds and rooms. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. We enjoyed our room with a sea view and pool. The heated main pools were a great for our late April visit. Staff were welcoming, professional and genuinely friendly. Breakfast is amazing. We had the buffet dinner once during our stay and that was also fantastic. Very happy that we chose to stay here and can’t wait to return.

Great breakfast and very helpful staff, exactly what you expect from a hotel of this kind. Parking was a bit small, but we always managed to find a spot. We loved live music at the beach around 9 - 11 PM, and the piano at the bar.
