We had such an amazing experience at Domus Noruz—it was one of the best parts of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we felt super comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is absolutely incredible, always kind and helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home. A special thanks to Christina, who was wonderful and gave us some really nice local tips that made our stay even better. The room was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning, with great amenities and a calm, relaxing vibe throughout. Everything was just spot-on. It was one of those places where everything comes together perfectly—the people, the space, the service. We’d definitely come back and can easily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and easygoing experience in Chania.

We got an upgrade when we arrived to a galaxy suite. We had our own mini pool and private terrace on the roof. Our room was beautiful, bright and clean. We were welcomed with a smoothie/juice at reception and in our room was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter. They also allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was a bonus. The hotel itself is new and fresh and the outdoor pool and loungers are lovely. There are loungers on the beach also. It's in a rural seaside location around 30 mins drive from Chania Old town. You have a view of the sea from everywhere and it's a nice sandy beach too. We would recommend going all inclusive. The food selection was extensive from choice of fruits, salads, cold meat and cheeses to the hot food and desserts. They also have a la carte menus for lunch and dinner if you prefer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.

- First and foremost the staff was overall very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Anne for helping us always with a smile. 5 stars service! - breakfast was good and the views from the terrace are lovely. - The hotel is well located with beach front facilities and with places to enjoy the beach. - the Spa is a highlight and we really enjoyed it.
