Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! Everything was unique! XX

We came 14 family members - grandparents, parents and grandchildren. .We came to celebrate 70th birthdays and 50th wedding anniversary We got adjoining rooms and it was comfortable. We loved the pools with the water slides. We loved the poolside buffets - very convenient with kids. The resort's beach is wonderful.

Everything was 10 out of 10. Hotel is very nice, stylish and brand new. It has a fantastic indoor and outdoor pool, with good facilities to the beach too. I would like to highlight the service from all the staff, in particular the girls from Breakfast and reception! Definitely make your stay a 5 stars level! I will come back to the island and in particular to this hotel. I’ll become quite loyal to the brand, thank you for the great experience! btw, the quality of breakfast is exceptional! everything you imagine you have it!

Our experience at Nalu resort&spa was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located right in front of a beautiful, clean beach—just a few steps from the room, which made our stay incredibly relaxing. The staff was warm, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of delicious options every morning. We also loved how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beachside escape with great service and comfort. We will definitely come back!

We loved everything about our stay at Uzenie Hotel! From the first day it felt so easy and comfortable to be there: the staff are just amazing, always smiling, super friendly and ready to help with anything. Upon arrival we were told that the best thing about the hotel is the people working there and I couldn’t agree more. Our room with a private pool was perfect. Big, clean, stylish, everything is new. The whole hotel looks new and it feels really nice just to walk around. The food was great as well, both breakfast and dinner buffets were so tasty with lots of choice. Honestly the best food we had on the island was here at the hotel restaurant haha The beach is beautiful and very clean. We also tried yoga in the morning by the sea and it was such a cool experience. You can tell the hotel does everything to make guests happy. After this stay we went to another 5 star hotel in Crete and it was not even close to Uzenie. This place is really special and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. If you can book it, do it.

The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean room and hotel, room with all amenities and great matress. We had a free room upgrade which was.much appreciated. The hotel is on the beach with a big veranda overlooking the sea....the pools are big and spacious area around them, which is difficult to find in other hotels around the area. Walking distance to the city centre is around 30 minutes, for us that wasnt trouble because it was less crowded. The breakfast buffett was big, with great variety, it covers all tastes. Highly recommended.
