The breakfast was the definition of five star. Great coffee and drinks at the bar, and one of the best massages ever at the spa, with attentive and very capable staff. The room was exactly as advertised, with a big bathtub , lots of space for stuff, kettle , big mirror, huge closet space.

Everything was amazing! We even got a free room upgrade to a suite! The staff was super friendly, the room was huge, the breakfast was endless, and everything was fantastic. And above all, the price wasn't a 5-star hotel price AT ALL! Highly recommended, and for sure, I will have to return when visiting Ioannina again. Thanks to all the staff for an amazing stay!

The hotel is in the best location in Ioannina. You do not need to use a car you can go everywhere on foot. The hotel has it own parking 100 meters from the hotel. It is next to the area that all the restaurants bars shops are located. The rooms are very quite and you can enjoy your sleep. The facilities are soooo cozy with very nice decoration and confortable beds and furnitures. It is super clean and the breakfast is every day different with a variety of local hand made recipes. Last but not least the personnel of this hotel is exceptional, they are there to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable . Always available and willing to give you advises of where to go and what to do. We will definitely come back. I fully recommend this place
