Amazing resort. Beautiful pools. Lovely beach club and the wonderful beach/sea. Stuff is 10/10. Definitely coming back.

I liked the location of the hotel, view of the room, excellent hotel reataurants and very helpfull staff, especially the manager (head waiter) of the breakfest room, who was very friendly.

very kind staff! Despina at the reception, George at the Beach, Ilona at the bar - all became like family to us during the stay. Special request like dark curtain in living room where our kid was staying were accomodated immediately. Also free spa vouchers were given to us - very smart and thoughtful! Cannot wish for more.

Elounda Mare offers all the elements for an unforgettable stay : the beautiful setting, the gardens, the confort of the rooms and above all the exceptional staff, which makes you feel you're part of a family. Some might argue that the decoration of the rooms is somewhat outdated, but that’s exactly what makes the charm of this place and the reason why people tend to come back, year after year, and that’s exactly what we’ll do. All in all a wonderful experience.

We spent five wonderful and unforgettable days at the Elounda beach hotel. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by extremely warm and personable reception and concierge staff. The hotel has amazing landscaping and it feels like you are staying on a private island in your own world. Elounda beach has THE best location on the mirabello bay with the best views of the bay on either side of the hotel. The hotel beaches were one of the biggest attractions for us and they did not disappoint. They have 2 beaches (1 large and 1 small). We loved the small beach which was almost felt like our private beach. The water was great and refreshing and service was excellent. The rooms have amazing views and are very well equipped The hotel has 4 excellent restaurants on the property with excellent quality food and a wide variety and we never felt the need to go anywhere outside for our meals. The restaurant staff was very accommodating with tables with excellent view and great service. There was a special 3 hour Greek BBQ and song and dance night that was one of the highlights for our stay. The veghera bar which is almost in its own rock island and shaped like a ship was favorite place for drinks and cocktails. Overall the staff of the hotel is amazing and super professional and accommodating. They set very high standards and always aim to satisfy their guests Thank you to the Elounda beach staff for making our stay a memorable one.

The service was wonderful the staff so friendly and nothing was a bother. Our suite was really special and led onto the beach.We had use of the Six Senses Spa which was amazing.The weather was not as hot or sunny as we would have liked but that’s in the lap of the gods. We stayed at Aquilia Hotel on an all-inclusive basis and absolutely loved our experience! The food was excellent — not only the buffet, but also three different à la carte restaurants where all-inclusive guests can enjoy selected dishes for free. One of the best parts was the amazing staff. Every single team member, from the reception to the restaurants and the beach, was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. Despite the hot weather, they worked tirelessly and with such great energy. Special thanks to everyone at the Mirabello Restaurant and to Konstantinos for everything! The hotel is large enough that it never feels crowded or chaotic. It’s right by the sea, and the beach area with sunbeds is spotless. The beach staff are attentive and regularly check if you need anything. A huge thank you to Zia at the beach bar — she always made everyone’s day brighter and created such a great atmosphere there. We also joined the Ouzo tasting at the beach bar, which was a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. The architecture of the hotel means there are quite a lot of stairs between the rooms and the sea, which is something to keep in mind, but it didn’t bother us. Lunch at the buffet was particularly delicious — I really enjoyed the midday menu. One evening, there was a Greek Night with a dance team, live Greek music, and a full spread of traditional dishes. It ended with everyone — guests and staff — dancing together, which was such a memorable moment. The sea here is beautiful, calm, and crystal clear. I also loved the hotel’s app, which lets you order food and drinks, book activities, and make reservations online — a great use of technology to make things even easier.
