Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view room, which set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. The pools offer breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and a calm, peaceful ambiance that's ideal for unwinding. To top it all off, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy just a bit more time in this beautiful setting. Overall, our experience at the InterContinental Crete was exceptional. Whether you're looking for relaxation, luxury, or top-tier service, this hotel truly delivers on all fronts.
