Very polite and thoughtful staff, especially in the Crystal Lounge restaurant where I ate more than once and was very happy with it. Bar staff up at the Balcony at the top of the lower cable car were also thoughtful and this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Property management clearly has a vision as they are investing more in expansion. I like the style of their hotel, super pool and sauna and beautiful laid out pathways into the surrounding woods.
