My stay at Crown Plaza Hotel in Borjomi was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, some of the best I've ever encountered. They were professional, always wearing smiles, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the river and mountains. The highlight was the amazing terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The lobby was stylishly designed, adding to the overall ambience of the hotel. As a thoughtful gesture, they provided cake and fruits along with a nice welcoming note, which added a personal touch to the experience. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking for my car, which was convenient. The location, next to Borjomi Central Park with a free park entrance, was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Hotel exceeded my expectations, thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Borjomi.

I've stayed here for 2 nights and room was really big with all the required equipment. Working table was really great additional advantage of the room. Did not have a chance to visit spa, but heard excellent feedback from friends.

Fantastic view of the mountains. They even have a terrace with a jacuzzi on the top floor. Everything is new and fresh. You can feel the care of the host for the guests. I highly recommend it for couples.
