Amazing! We had such a great time staying here. Hotel was very clean, cozy and warm. Location is good, walking distance from activities and shops and restaurants. There was a fireplace and a big balcony with view in the hotel, whch makes spending time there very heartwarming ❤️ Staff was extremely polite and kind. Many thanks to Sandro who take care of us during our stay, he even get us new playing cards so we can entertain. This was my second time in Borjomi and my second stay here. I love this hotel. The staff were amazing. I am an IHG member so got an amazing room with a large balcony with a mountain view and furniture including 2 chaise lounges. The restaurant was excellent for dinner featuring a bit of Georgian and European cuisine. I didn't book with breakfast because I've been on the road for 3 weeks and was sick of breakfast, but there is nowhere outside of the hotel to have breakfast early in the morning so I paid $25 per person for breakfast. By Georgian standards, the breakfast buffet is nice and you can order omelettes. But the day before, I had eggs Benedict with Kamkachka crab in Batumi ($18.00) so I wasn't impressed. I will definitely stay here in my next visit - largely because of the wonderful staff!
