To say this was a 5 star it was disappointing in the lavishness of the hotel and rooms. The rooms were sparsely furnished and the bathroom was no better than an ibis. We had to ask for the soap dispenser to be filled. The bin wasn’t emptied on one occasion. In the spa there weren’t enough loungers. I would not say this is a five star. Expensive for the type of accommodation.
