She was more than a host—she became our guide, anchor, and friend during our short but meaningful stay. This resort is pure indulgence. Every corner is breathtakingly beautiful. As someone with high hospitality standards, I was truly impressed. The cocktail bar and its talented mixologist, the warm and attentive dinner staff, and the incredible food at Tokyo di Lama all exceeded my expectations. And the breakfast? Absolute perfection—think Le Cordon Bleu level pastries, all enjoyed with a stunning mountain view in the morning. The interior design is top-notch; I found myself admiring so many pieces I wished I could take home. My husband and I had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be back.

Everything is very tastefully designed, despite being a large hotel you don’t have the feeling and it almost feels boutique, location in the castle and views over Palma are awesome, we played a lot of golf and the hotel was very supportive in getting tee times etc, golf courses close by are amazing, beds extremely comfortable, service very friendly and as professional as you would expect for a 5* hotel
