Short stay, over for World Superbikes. After a poor experience in a hotel this was the stay I needed. Amazing building. Staff were exceptional. Food was excellent. I had beef dinner and the chocolate dessert is one of my favourites of all. Special mention to the Receptionist, I should have gotten a name. I will be back. MotoGP or sooner. 👌😎🏍

This boutique hotel is absolutely exquisite and we cant wait to return. The most comfortable bed, superbly appointed room and so many personal touches (I wont mention as i would not wish to spoil the surprise but you wont be disappointed!).

Hidden gem. I have never been as far round the coast as Chiclana - but the whole resort was genuine 5star set up (albeit a little quiet- but it is early May). The hotel pool area was excellent & the proximity to the beach ( which was great) was excellent

We loved this Hotel!!! It is a really beautiful building, with a great ambiance and old world charm with a modern twist. From the moment we arrived, the service from the concierge was absolutely superb, and his his helpful advice and recommendations were spot on. We were travelling with another couple, and both rooms were really lovely. Nicely decorated, spacious, with magnificent bathrooms. The pool, although small, was very pleasant after a hot day exploring. Breakfast and bar service both excellent. At all times we were made to feel like important and valued guests, and that all of the staff were keen to make sure we had a good stay.

From the beginning the staff was really friendly, especially Manuel from the Reception was super helpfull. He proposed a room upgrade and we took it. We were very happy with superb, quiet room with direct access to a pool just for few rooms. Food was delicious with plenty of choice from the buffet. We spend also nice time in the evenings at the bar with proffesional service and wonderful life music. Oh...and unlimited cristal clear filtered water for free was a nice suprise.
