Everything about it. It's was a fun place with happy people who were smiling all the time and keen to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Of course the theme park that was just outside your hotel door was the highlight of the stay.

Wonderful experience all around, architecture is beautiful and all team and services are perfect. Breakfast and swimming pool on the roof are standout. Very easily located close to main station and Tivoli. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Perfectly clean and well maintained. The courtyard bar is a plus.

We enjoyed this hotel a lot. Impressive Bali style spa area, nice sauna on the roof top. Lovely rooms. Everything is new, they think a lot of details. Location is good, a bit on the border of the center, 10-15 min walk to the center.

This hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk of Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. All the spacious rooms have a flat-screen TV and city or Sydhavnen Harbour views. Free WiFi is available.

Wooow!!!! 10+ hotel Everything was amazing, from the frontdesk constant support (a very kind soul gentleman from front desk gave us the good news that our room was ready- at 9 o clock... we were so tired from the flight and it was such a good news for us ) to the ambiance, food so tasty and rooms with gigantic windows from where every morning you could see the fantastic sunrise from the bed. The bed and pillows were so comfy!!! And another fantastic think was the sauna and that you could bath in the river.

Once you get your bearings it was close to all the inner city attractions minus the crowds. Lovely view of the water, they even made it snow whilst we were there! Reception staff extremely helpful and receptive to requests.
