Everything - the service was impeccable. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Loved the spa and the turn down service, it's the little things. Location was great! The pillow menu was amazing. Very clean, neat and spacious.

the whole hotel is wonderful. it’s beautifully decorated, the staff was amazing and so so helpful. breakfast buffet was great with great selection. the spa access is a must! highly recommend going for some treatments - lots of options to choose from. rooms were spacious, beautiful and very clean. the sauna village is great! we loved everything about it.

The highlight was the private sauna. Great experience. Also clean rooms and a new luxurious Villa. The breakfast options were fresh and good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We prefer quiet location and this was brilliant option. Also would be just a 15 min walk to main attractions!! Overall top option!!

The suite was amazing, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, very nice old style. Well-equipped fitness room, friendly Thai masseuse, pets friendly, nice spa area. Everything was connected by tunnels, so no need to walk outside at all.
