Beautiful place! Hotel is in a strategical place near west gate and it’s very nice, very close to the mountains. Choose montain wiew room! But the best thing is the staff, Winnie will help you to organize everything, before and during the trip, she speaks perfect english. She is so precise and professional. I forgot some clothes in the hotel and she send them to me to another hotel and back to Italy. She is kind and beautiful. Rate 10/10

I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed at during this trip to Zhangjiajie, China! The B&B is near the southeast gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, about a 10-minute walk into the park. In addition to the advantages of the location near the scenic area, there is also the nearby green hills and green water, very suitable for vacation.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We reached at night and they provided clear instructions via the app on how to advise the taxi to reach the place, and waited outside for us to help with luggage. They brought us to the town area for dinner and also to a convenience store to get drinks and snacks. They were also very generous with giving tips on itinerary and helped us plan out a route with lesser queues. The hotel was located very near the mountain forest attraction. Breakfast provided was really delicious and we ordered dinner from them as well. The staff were friendly and we felt really well taken care of. I'll definitely be back again!

The rooms are well-appointed, cozy, and offer a relaxing escape after a day of exploring the nearby mountains and scenic areas. The surroundings are peaceful, making it an ideal place to unwind and reconnect with nature. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the hospitality of the staff—especially Mr. Rain. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

We had a most pleasant stay at The Sky Gate Hotel. The complimentary station transfer was a welcome and efficient start. The location is truly superb, right in the city centre and merely a street away from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The abundance of shops and restaurants at the doorstep is ideal for exploring the local culture. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with particularly good quality bedding ensuring a restful night. The staff were the highlight – genuinely helpful and polite. They assisted us in booking taxis and offered excellent advice for planning our excursions, which proved invaluable. A solid choice for any traveller to Zhangjiajie. Highly recommended.

Wah, the location is super convenient, just walk to the forest park. The staff are really friendly, help us book tickets and plan route, no need to worry about anything. The pool is shiok after a whole day of walking, and the room very clean and comfy with nice view. Breakfast also not bad, got local options. Highly recommend for those who want a hassle-free trip. Definitely worth it!

Stayed at Peak&Cloud Retreat for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Bloody brilliant spot right by the national park entrance – saved us heaps of time queueing. The views from the room were unreal, especially at sunrise when the clouds rolled over the peaks. The staff were proper legends – so helpful with hiking tips and even sorted our park tickets. Room was spotless, and the brekkie had both Western and local options. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. Cheers!
