I sincerely apologize for taking so long to write a review. I stayed in this apartment from May 30th to June 2nd. My husband and I deeply felt the hospitality and warmth of the host. She meticulously introduced us to the use of every appliance in the house and the surrounding environment, making us feel very at ease. The house is fully equipped, and all the appliances are of top quality. From the living room window, you can see the Jungfrau, which was an unexpected delight. What my husband and I found most memorable was the wellness center provided by the host, which had a hot tub and a sauna. Such enjoyment is quite a luxury in our country. After a day of hiking, coming back to enjoy these relaxing services truly felt like paradise. Thank you to this apartment for giving us such a amazing impression of Interlaken.

Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

Apartment has everything for a family, the area is quiet, access to laundry washing machine on the same floor available 7-21:00, fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with some mountain view, a free water source near the building. This chalet was absolutely wonderful — very comfortable, beautifully maintained, clean and in a perfect location right in the heart of Wengen. It had a spacious balcony with a breathtaking view that felt like something out of a postcard. Everything was smooth and peaceful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the Swiss Alps. I would definitely come back again!
