The staff was very friendly and helpful, the site was amazing and breataking view to the snow alfs, the Spa was Super and the food was exelent.

Amazing hotel, very cosy and personal was really nice. SPA is fantastic ! You can access the slopes directly by taking the little train next to the hotel. Prefect place to mix a ski trip and relaxing moment at the SPA. I will come back!

The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm and welcoming feel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer. Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!
