Our first time in Bahrain. From check-in process, the excellent staff Mr Roni and Mr Sofar were very warm and welcoming. Our room has very nice view of iconic Manama buildings which really amazed us. The bed was soo amazingly comfortable. We had egg benedict for breakfast and the breakfast staff that can speak Malaysia language was very helpful and even made us teh tarik 🥰 We took some time to relax at pool area with some coffee and juice after breakfast which definitely facing an awesome and serene view. We really love every moment spent in this hotel. Thank you so much for the great hospitality 🥰 Will definitely come back again!!

The room was amazing. It has a very modern style to it. It was spacious with a large comfortable bed along with nice office table and some sofas. You can tell that luxurious finishings were incorporated into the room (marble and wood. In addition, very nice shower and bathtub incased in glass. Lastly, the room had an incredible view.

We had a great experience at the Downtown Rotana. The location is good with the souq and restaurants nearby. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice. The swimming pool was pleasantly warm and even I took a dip. Honestly, this is one of the nicest hotels I have been to and I travel a lot. The staff are amazing and very attentive. They were all friendly and were so intuitive to our needs. There was always a friendly face offering help before we asked and we were never kept waiting. We also used the airport shuttle with the hotel and they were prompt. The pickup driver actually waited in arrivals with a name board. I mention this because I often experience landing in a foreign land and have to try and find my driver using WhatsApp these days. So don't hesitate to stay at this hotel. It's fabulous with a very warm welcome. Many thanks to all the staff for looking after us.

We had a great experience at the Downtown Rotana. The location is good with the souq and restaurants nearby. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice.
