The hotel is really a 5 stars hotel. The quality of the service, of the rooms and of it's ameties are really very high. The common areas are not very big, but everything is very new and nice. The location is perfect for tourists. As there weren't many reviews yet when we booked, I was a little reluctant (as the price is quite high) But we really enjoyed our stay and I am very glad that I chose it.

The room includes breakfast. I have never seen in my life such a rich breakfast offer like here. The room is clean and very spacious. Towels, slippers, bath robes, hangers everything was right there. Elevators way too many, you never had to wait. Although the hotel seemed almost fully booked, the rooms are quiet. No noisy neighbors, you can sleep very well here. They had parties almost every night at the conference area, so if you arrive late to the parking lot, it could be difficult to find an empty spot. Parking is free of course, I was here around the end of the year, it explains all the parties. Again, despite the parties the hotel is quiet. SPA is excellent, bar is excellent, and everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location in the downtown. Style of the old times. Spacious room. Excellenet lights (in many hotels the rooms' illumination is too dark for me, here NOT!) Fine breakfast, famous Becka kafana is part of the hotel. Polite staff. Parking is solved in the garage in the cellar.

For anybody visiting Bosnia for the first time, it is about 15 minutes drive into the city, but ideally located to avoid inner city congestion. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. As well as very responsive for any of your needs. I would recommend to hire a car as the property has fantastic parking available. There is also a Full café with a broad menu underneath the building, and two supermarkets very close. There are three cash points within hundred yards, Pharmacy, post office, and two bakeries. Fantastic place to stay, would highly recommend.

Hosts Almir and Edin were very courteous and welcomed and showed us round the apartment and were quick to respond to any queries. We had a three bedroom apartment on the middle floor of three storey. It was a very nice spacious modern luxurious apartment with all the amenities you could want, tv in all bedrooms plenty of towels, shower, products and the kitchen had everything required and more. much larger than expected and felt very comfortable and homely. excellent gated entrance and enough space to park your car. 5 min drive to old town we thought it was the perfect location for all the nearby attractions cables cares, sunnyland etc. would definitely stay again as we only stayed 2 nights.
