Ritz service from check in to check out was exceptional. Hospitality is top notch. Bed was comfortable, location was perfect, view of the Swan River and Elizabeth Quey were breathtaking. I also like the design and interior of the rooms that are very well thought of.

It was very clean and staff were extremely helpful. After having very little sleep for the last couple of nights, they put us on the top floor and away from the lifts. Swimming pool is a bonus in the city and very welcoming after walking around Perth.
