Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by a prompt and friendly staff, making us feel comfortable immediately. We received all the necessary information and guidance about the surrounding area, attractions, and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised with Austrian wines, water, and other complimentary beverages in our room, along with a dessert and a handwritten welcome card from the hotel management—this already confirmed that our choice was the right one. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent; we enjoyed it every day of our stay. The staff also assisted us with reservations at the restaurants they recommended, even securing a special table at a Michelin Guide restaurant, which impressed us even more. In short, highly recommended. Congratulations to the hotel team—you are doing an outstanding job!

Perfect location, amazing room. The complimentary bottle of (good!) wine was a thoughtful surprise. The breakfast croissants were amazing too (and I am French). I go to Vienna quite often for work and this was a very good find ! Don’t be scared about the booking process it was super smooth. I’m definitely coming back.
