We had an excellent time in Zell Am See this summer as 2 families of 4 traveling together by public transport. The host Andy was excellent! He was really helpful and answered any Q's we had very quickly. He also sorted us with Summer cards and mobility cards which saved us so much money as the cards make travelling and doing lots of the local activities free, including travelling up the Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe, using the lidos, boat trips on lake Zell and using the indoor pool. Spacious chalet, well equipped, handy location.

The Hotel Alpine Palace is directly next to the Reiterkogel Cable Car in Hinterglemm, offering access to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn Ski Circus.

This place is amazing! The apartment is located in the center of the small, quiet, and picturesque town of Rauris, just a short distance from several restaurants, a charming café with sweets (approximately 50–100 meters away), and the Billa shopping center, which is only 170 meters from the apartment. We had a great time, this just what you dream of in the Austrian Alps, quiet, cosy and friendly, with great service by the staff and excellent food. Originally we had planned to go out for dinner every night, but ended up staying eating deliciously in the hotel restaurant every single night. Highly recommended.
