We were upgraded to suit from premium. Room was big and clean. Unfortunately I dont know the name of the representative on desk, but he was sooooo helpful and kind. We travelled by car so we were very tired + hungry so we expressed our concerns about spa a bit roughly (you cant go together as a couple because the spa is separate for man and women) but he managed everything great and made our stay amazing.
