The hotel was wonderful, what stood out was the staff. Usman was kind and helpful at reception, Pablo was friendly and engaging while driving the buggy, Selina was wonderful during dinner and Reaz was extremely warm and helpful over breakfast. Finally we met Tracey at the end who was also lovely. Rooms were delightful and spacious. Will be back again.

Our stay was wonderful and unforgettable.Big thanks to Saida(Duty Manager),she was very professional and hospitable,provided us with early check-in and late check out and while we were waiting for check-inn she invited us to the lounge, thanks a lot!!!!The hotel is new,clean,well maintained,all food in the restaurants are delicious,all staf are professional and attentive.Our room was very comfortable and housekeeping always was checking with our needs.We really enjoyed unforgettable,special thanks to pool side staff Ibrahim who was taking care for cabanas and relaxing sun bed areas,all staff in the pool,beach house staff all were very attentive and polite,thanks to Ataarif(Buggy car driver),who showed us all around.Thanks for everything,definitely will come back again!!!

We loved everything in this hotel. Even though the hotel is located next to a grandeur hotel, and we visited the next door hotel, I would definitely recommend this hotel. When entering the lobby, a very inviting lobby draws you in. The colours, the furniture, the welcoming personnel. Everything was outstanding. Personnel in the hotel deserves an extra mention. They are very welcoming, entertaining, never too formal or stiff, and nothing is too much. Big shout out to the team. Especially considering the hotel just opened its doors. The rooms are spacious, spotless clean, great beds (although some might find it too soft, but we like it), nice balcony (we were located in the main building), and a convenient, clean bathroom. The hotel has great heated swimming pools, a fun waterpark area for the kids, some games outside, a fun kids’ club with super friendly staff. Also the beach is a nice place to spend time. Everywhere enough chairs and beds near the swimming pool. We are very experienced travellers and stayed in the best hotels in the world (Burj Al Arab, Atlantis, Raffles, Mandarin Oriental, etc), but this hotel is in our favorites list.
