The pool was amazing and so was the room. The only problem was we have no hot water to shower for the 1st day and a half. This was very disappointing considering the cost. We asked someone to fix it on the Friday but no one did until Saturday afternoon. Breakfast was lovely but it is not possible to get your breakfast to the room unless you pay for it in full. The highlight was the desert safari, that was incredible!

We had an amazing complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe garden terrace suite, which was super clean and luxurious, enjoyed the sea view while relaxing on the couch, huge garden terrace for the kids to enjoy, also it was very near to the pool. The Resort is unique with very relaxing atmosphere.
