Beautiful hotel, great staff and super service, beautiful designed and decorated hotel, great to see the animals.

I want to thank the reception for the welcome... simply professional and amazing, the receptionist named Muhammad Shahin received us in a courteous and professional manner, explained everything to us properly, answered all questions, explained to us about the city and answered all questions, even those not related to the hotel and accompanied and explained everything :) Well done to Muhammad Shahin and the hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family, and we will return to the hotel.

I highly recommened Al Ain Rotana Hotel. The room is new and stylish, very clean. Breakfast was tasy and a lot of choice (everything you need is there). But mostly I am thankful to staff: concierge, reception. We forgot charger in the room and they helped a lot with delivery. Great experience!

This is a classy hotel and I enjoyed all aspects of my stay: comfort, spacious rooms kept spotless all the time, attentive staff, friendly, human contact with employees at all levels. Wifi strong and stable, sufficiently fast, the desk in the rooms large enough for your laptop and all papers or documents you may carry. I appreciated that breakfast was served until 10:30 a.m. - although found it slightly overpriced. -- The situation of the hotel within the town: the "Al Ain Oasis" is within walking distance from the hotel (maybe just at the limit of what you usually want to walk), but the large shopping center (Al Ain Mall) across the street from the hotel is an effective "new center" of modern Al Ain: animated until late in the night, with a line-up of taxis all day, it also offers the opportunity to taste all Mid-Eastern cuisines in its "Food Court" - not even speaking about the opportunity to enjoy ice skating! - The latter pleasure was rather theoretical for me, but I enjoyed, every day, swimming in the hotel's large pool on the roof, heated to 32 C, as well as soaking in hotel's jacuzzi ; sauna was available as well. -- I certainly will stay here when I come to Al Ain again.
