The location was fine for us as we were there just for one night for a 9am flight from Sharjah the next morning. The staff at reception were very welcoming and we were able to check in early plus our room was upgraded, which was great! They gave us advice about travel time to the airport and even arranged an early breakfast to be sent to our room so we could check out early and flagged a taxi for us too! So helpful and much appreciated. We also had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the buffet after an afternoon walk around the local area. Fascinating to see the city change from dusk to night from the 19th floor!!

A magnificent hotel . Everything is new and clean. The room category has been upgraded, which is very nice. The girl Sana at the reception was very nice and friendly.

I arrived very late at night , my taxi had taken me to the wrong hotel and just add to everything I lost my passport. The night staff were Yogesh, Joel (the hotel manager) and Tracey they went way beyond in helping me to recover my passport and to reassuring me . They were truly amazing

The accommodation was great! Extra thanks to the gentleman at the reception (unfortunately I didn't remember his name, Sheraz?) who at 15.7 1:30am in the night brought me headache medicine directly to my room!!! I didn't expect such service! We have stayed here twice and will come again
