From the welcoming at reception to massive spacious rooms with impeccable amenities , to having a mall literally a lift away from your hotel room, I was extremely happy I chose the Four Seasons out of all the options. Absolutely fabulous hotel, really comfortable beds, everything was spotless, and the restaurants went out of their way to make sure my daughter had lactose free food because of her intolerance. But the best thing about the St Regis is the staff…everyone from the butlers, housekeepers, bar and restaurant staff, and even the pool guys. Everyone was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel thoroughly spoiled.

The staff was amazing, everyone smiling and willing to help. I forgot some stuff in the room and the staff facilitate the shipping to my adress. The difference was definitely made by the people, from cleaners to valet, to beach staff, butlers and reception. They all were great. Breakfast was amazing, crazy variety and taste.
