We were informed by Antonia (Owner) of directions and codes at the gate. We were met by Ina at the house. The house has been beautifully restored. Ina told us when load shedding will take place, for our planning. Antonia also sent us the load shedding schedule. We received a complimentary freshly baked bread and enough wood for the braai for the evening. I liked the things we could buy, if arrived without it (milk, olive oil, fire lighters, etc.) The airconditioning was switched on and rooms were nice and cool. Before we left the next morning Antonia watsapped to enquire if we enjoyed the evening and if anything was all right.

Enjoyed the small bar. We also really enjoyed visiting with the owners and staff. A great alternative to staying in the town, and an excellent value. Also, an earlier review mentioned the road: we found the road in to be in great condition (our compact 2 wheel drive car had no issues at all).
