A very good and cozy place to spend a few days and enjoy a quiet and pleasant getaway. The hosts are very nice: they gave us a short tour over the winery and let us try local porto. The room, nature - everything was very good. We also asked for dinner and it was one of the best we've tried (white wine is just the best). We'll definitely recommend that place to our friends.

We absolutely loved our stay, and wished we had booked for 2 or 3 evenings. The host was amazing, and the Quinta is beautiful with so much history to be told. We tasted lovely port and can also recommend their red wine, which is great value for money and very good. The breakfast was wonderful!

Quinta Madureira will forever have a special place in my heart. Carlos and Anna treated us as family. The house was amazing: immaculate, all the facilities required for self-catering, in a breathtaking setting. It was perfect.
