Francesca and her mom did a fantastic job of making us feel at home and giving us good instructions on what to visit in the area, before and during our visit. When my wife got a sulfur-induced migraine after spending the day at the baths in Saturnia, Francesca very kindly brought our dinner up to our room so she didn't have to come down. All four courses of it! Can't recommend this place enough.

The location was perfect , 19 minutes from La Cascata del Mulino… surrounded by olive trees and lavender with some nice walks close by. The host Matt made our stay so comfortable , with a warm welcome and helpful information and adaptability to our needs throughout our stay. We will definitely return to visit again , but stay longer next time.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms are modern and clean, and furnished well - good linen, a kitchenette with glass stove top, coffee machine and crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is neat and clean, with a large shower. A shared sitting area for all the rooms has coffee facilities and a SMEG refrigerator with shelves dedicated to each room. The hostess made an excellent breakfast with eggs from her own chickens, and home-made cakes that included gluten-free options. Lactose-free milk was also available. Internet worked well; around 20 Mbps down and 2 Mbps up. The B&B is a few minutes outside the nearest village, in a quiet rural setting.
