My experience with fine hotels has been at conventions. I expect the restaurant to be fair, but overpriced. The Ciudad de David exceeded all my expectations in every way. The menu allowed a variety of tastes and prices. I eat small meals and most menus can't fit this limitation. Not only did I find fair prices, moderate quantities of food, and excellent tasting dishes, the serving staff was attentive and kind.
