The customer service was exceptional, and everyday we enjoyed our tea as we watched the sunset from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chefchaouen, we would come back just to stay here!

The atmosphere is calm, the view is lovely, and everything feels cared for with real attention to detail. A very special thank-you to Mr. Osama, Mr. Suheib, and Ms. Khadijah for their exceptional professionalism and kindness. We had a few issues during our stay, but they handled everything perfectly — with patience, care, and genuine hospitality. They truly made a difference and turned the situation into a great experience. Thank you to the whole Idou Malabata team for always making us feel welcome. Adil was a wonderful host! Despite issues with my phone, he met me upon arrival to show me the apartment and walk me through everything. The apartment is spacious, light-filled and beautiful with a 180 view of Tangier. The view is spectacular. The apartment is walking distance to cafes and a grocery store right below.
