While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

Featuring a private bathroom, certain units at the homestay also provide guests with a terrace. It was a wonderful place and it actually felt like staying in an actual home! It was quite large for 2 of us, it had a adjoining area which had an additional bed along with a huge bed in the room. It had a gas geyser which had instant hot water in the cool climate which was a huge respite. The rooms were spic and span and it was a wonderful stay experience. The location is also central to the town and everything is nearby. Geetha Ma'am was so sweet she got us coffee every morning and was always smiling and supportive. We loved our stay here in Madikeri(Coorg) and would definitely stay here again when we are coming back here.

While booking the property I was skeptical as this is going to be my first home stay experience. However, while checking in I was amazed by the cleanliness and cuteness of the property. Everything was well arranged. Pradeep & Usha the owners of the home were really hospitable and made sure our stay felt at home. The morning breakfast was also too good that I never felt away from my home.

Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. All the staff made us feel welcome. The resort is beautifully situated in lush green surroundings with amazing views. It even has its own coffee plantation! Our room was big and tastefully decorated. We went on the morning nature walks with bird expert Ganesh who showed and explained to us many birds and plants. In the evening we listened to nature and culture stories also presented by Ganesh. For the Holi festival a great party was organized by the hotel and we had a lot of fun! Food was very good (one evening there was a buffet and the other night a la carte). Also to be recommended is the spa where Nancy and her colleague offer quality massages. We definitely could have stayed longer and I am sure we will come back to this wonderful place!

We stayed here one night on the way to somewhere else. Everything was just wonderful. Clean and comfortable apartment and a very good location. The owner Mr. Harish and his son were very amicable and helpful. I would love to go back and stay there for a longer time.
